iPod EGO shatter- and water-proof

Barrie, ON, October 16, 2006: Atlantic Inc. has announced its new EGO-branded portable sound case, made specifically for the Apple iPod, and boasting a shatter- and water-proof design. With the iPod protected in this case, users can enjoy tunes at the beach, park, pool, or even in the shower, without worry of damaging the device.

The case is constructed of rugged polycarbonate, with rubberized bumper guards to help eliminate shock. It is compatible with all dock-connecting iPods, and comes with moulded inserts for each. Sound is powered via dual, full range neodymium drivers that offer up to 30 hours of playing time: much longer than even the iPod's battery life. The player’s controls can be accessed through a rubber membrane at the front. It also comes with an adjustable stand for desktops, and hand and shoulder straps.
